Andrea Locke
Holistic wellness and community engagement have been foundational to Andrea’s life from an early age, shaped by parents rooted in medicine and social services.
Now, as a Certified Project Management Professional and Life Coach, Andrea brings over 25 years of corporate experience across Pharma and Tech, in Fortune 500 organizations. She blends creativity with a solutions-focused approach through event curation, business support services, and mindset coaching within the wellness space.
Beginning her professional journey in corporate early as an independent single parent at 19 - Andrea’s nurturing spirit meant naturally gravitating toward leadership, mentoring, and organizational development in the workplace. Her career path reflects a consistent dedication to guiding teams, building systems, and supporting growth.
While aiming to maintain a loving home and work/life balance… life presented profound challenges along the way—such as abuse, loss, home ownership, divorce, and the complexities of being a working mother, stepmother, and wife. Through resilience and self-work, Andrea transformed hardship into insight, strength, and continued achievement.
Driven to understand the deeper patterns behind human struggle, she pursued education and counsel in psychology, trauma, and human behavior. What emerged was a clear recognition of the widespread unmet physical, mental, and emotional needs present in today’s society.
Andrea’s true calling lies in connecting with partners to create shared, intentional experiences that invite people to “Work on Wellness,” bridging the gap between mental, physical, and emotional health.
The Safe Space Collective was born from this vision—uniting aligned mindsets and the passions of four inspirational individuals.
