COLLABORATOR
REGISTRATION

When registering as Collaborator for a Well-Connected Events experience, we are agreeing to represent each other’s brands and businesses through the experience. The below outlines general terms and conditions for mutual benefit.

If your business has not already submitted information for the Business Directory, please take a moment to do so now. This is an important and required step so that your business is represented properly through marketing, events and word of mouth.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SPONSOR / COLLABORATOR

REGISTRATION

  • Contributing Sponsor/Vendor/Collaborator: Registration is complete once payment is processed.

  • Donating Sponsor: Registration is complete upon and agreement by both parties. 

EVENT-SPECIFIC

This agreement is limited solely to the event selected. It does not imply any ongoing or future partnership beyond this event selected.

MARKETING

  • The Collaborator agrees to allow the event organizer and affiliated partners the use of their approved logo, art, photos, original music and content for the participating event selected.

  • The Collaborator reserves the right to request the removal of any music, art or content pertaining to their brand from event marketing.

PROMOTIONAL EXPECTATIONS

The Collaborator agrees to help promote and cross-promote the event by:

  • Mentioning and/or sharing event marketing materials on social media / internet based medium or via mailing lists and promotional flyers a minimum of 3 times leading up to the event

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Collaborator Cancellation: Written notice is required at least 10 days before the event for a partial refund.

  • Organizer Cancellation: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Collaborator has made a contribution, the Collaborator will receive a full refund within 10 days.

  • Donating Sponsor Cancellation: Written notice is required at least 7 days before the event.  Failure to do so will be determined a 'no show' and will result in a penalty of $250.00 payable to Well-Connected Events, LLC due within 14 days of the event.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE

  • Vendor Liability: The Vendor is responsible for any damage caused to their booth space and any harm caused by their products or services.

  • Insurance: The Vendor agrees to carry appropriate liability insurance to cover risks associated with the event.

  • Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances regarding the sale of goods and services at the event.

TERMINATION

This agreement may be terminated by the Organizer if:

  • The Collaborator fails to comply with event policies.

  • The Collaborator engages in conduct that harms the reputation of the event.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
